George joined Avante Logixx Inc., in 2010 with a mandate to determine the company’s strategic direction and vision and execute the go forward plan which included an operational turnaround. Since joining Avante the company has grown significantly, repaid all debt and has turned to profitability with positive go forward trends. He is the Founder and President of Riverdale Capital Corporation, a private investment and advisory company he created in 2009 and formerly was a partner and co-founder of private equity fund TorQuest Partners Inc. where he had been since its inception in early 2002. Prior to TorQuest, George was an investment principal at Harrowston Inc., a publicly traded merchant bank. Prior to Harrowston, he worked with Ernst & Young LLP, managing a group focused on middle market companies. George, a Chartered Accountant (Ontario), has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.Com. (Honours) from Queen’s University, and was recognized in 2007 as one of Canada’s Top 40 under 40. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.
Chief Financial Officer
Raghu joined Avante in September 2010. He is an experienced finance professional, having worked more than 15 years in various service related industries including staffing, oilfield services and public accounting. Raghu brings a global perspective to his role, as he has worked in diverse environments over three continents. Prior to joining Avante, Raghu spent 7 years at Sapphire Technologies Canada (formerly CNC Global limited) Canada’s largest IT Staffing Company, most recently as the Vice President – Finance. Prior to joining Sapphire Technologies, Raghu worked at MB Petroleum Group of Companies, which is engaged in oilfield services, where he expanded his global perspective, working in Oman, Hungary and Germany as Controller over a 6 year period. Previously he was with KPMG LLP in the Sultanate of Oman for three years, handling several audit and assurance engagements. Raghu earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech in the U.S.A. He also holds a Chartered Accountant designation from his native India.
Chief Operating Officer
Rod was appointed COO of Avante Logixx Inc. in November 2016 which he will hold in addition to being President of INTO-ELECTRONICS. In this role, Rod will oversee security operations for the company across all subsidiaries. He founded INTO-ELECTRONICS INC. in 1991 with the intent to deliver top quality security installations to residential and commercial clients. The company evolved to focus more on commercial and high rise applications over the years. Rod and his team developed INTO-ELECTRONICS into a leader in large scale system design and integration, including access control, camera surveillance, security and intercom systems, specializing in 247 monitoring and electronic building management along with an unsurpassed level of client service. Rod has more than 25 years’ experience in the electronic industry, and is committed to develop office and field processes that benefit the work environment and the client. INTO continues to install many large and complex installations in Canada, including many high rise projects in Toronto. Prior to INTO, Rod started a consultant entity in 1989 specializing in high-end custom automation, offering his services to architects and home owners. Rod immigrated to Canada in 1987 joining the Loblaw’s group of companies as a Technical Integrator in the Information Services Group where he supervised the implementation of point of sale systems. Rod studied Electrical Engineering in South Africa from 1983 to 1986.
Yoram Dushek, Avante Security Inc.
Yoram joined Avante Security Inc. in 2015 when Avante and the company he founded 22 years ago, LVS Security Inc., came together. With 8 years electronic engineering experience in the Israeli air force and over 8 years as a project manager in the largest security company in Israel designing and managing high security projects such as ports jails embassies and government facilities in Israel and Europe, Yoram has become an expert in the security space in both designing, implementing and monitoring complex security systems. In founding LVS Inc. in 1993, Yoram utilized his knowledge and experience to bring complete security solutions to high end residential and commercial customers. He has since built the business to become a leading player in its market.With Yoram’s leadership the company entered the commercial market designing and installing security systems for high-rise building and large commercial industrial facilities offering the latest technology available. Prior to founding LVS, Yoram worked with National Guardian in Toronto. Yoram served in the Israeli Air Force after graduating from the army academy with a specialization in electronic engineering.

Danny has driven growth in City Wide Locksmiths and it’s Antique Door & Hardware brand for over 30 years. Leland Verner – Chairman
Mr. Verner is president of Illyria Inc., an independent advisory firm based in Toronto since 1982. Illyria Inc. integrates business strategy into corporate and shareholder value for clients with an emphasis on industry intelligence, business model analysis and a singular focus on creating shareholder value from events and transactions. Mr. Verner was chairman and chief executive officer of Invesprint Corporation and chairman of Vincor International Inc., both Toronto Stock Exchange listed companies. Mr. Verner is a graduate of Ryerson Polytechnical Institute, Faculty of Business in 1968.
Ms. Baker is the former Managing Partner, Canada, at Heidrick & Struggles International with over 11 years of executive search experience and 17 years of Financial Services experience. Rose specialized in CEO and Board searches/consulting assignments and senior level financial services placements. Rose was a senior member of the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors Practice and Global Financial Services Practice, specializing in Consumer Banking, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Private Equity and Asset/Wealth Management industries. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Rose served as Senior Client Partner and member of the Global Financial Markets Practice at Korn/Ferry International. Prior to executive search, Rose spent nearly 17 years at the Royal Bank of Canada, where she held a variety of leadership positions, the last of which was President and COO of RBC Private Counsel. During her tenure as Managing Director in Investment Banking with RBC, Rose managed major public company relationships in the media, consumer products, industrial products and retail industries. Rose led and participated in major teams of professionals in the successful completion of significant corporate transactions including initial public offerings, debt and equity financings, acquisitions and divestitures. Rose earned her Business degree in Finance from The University of Western Ontario. She has completed the Leading Professional Service Firms program at Harvard Business School. Rose is currently the Vice-Chair of the Board for The Speech and Stuttering Institute and sits on the Advisory Board of St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation. Rose is a past Board member of the National Ballet of Canada and the Advisory Board of the Art Gallery of Ontario, a founding member of Women in Capital Markets and a founding Partner of Women Corporate Directors in Toronto.
Mr. Bronfman is the President of Mida Investments Ltd., a private investment company. Mr. Bronfman has been a director and officer of several public companies. From June 1989 to February 1995 he was an executive vice-president of The Edper Group Limited and a director of Brascan Limited, Hees International Bancorp Inc. and Carena Developments Limited, all Toronto Stock Exchange listed companies. From May 1989 until December 1994 Mr. Bronfman was a director of NHC Communications Inc., also a Toronto Stock Exchange listed company. From August 2001 until May 2002 he was a director of Neatt Corporation. From September 2003 until March 2004 he was a director of Trophy Capital Inc. (a CPC company) which subsequently merged with LMS Medical Systems Inc. Mr. Bronfman was a director of Canada’s Pizza Delivery Corp. from September 1998 to August, 2007 and served as its audit committee chairman. From April 2004 until August 2005, he was a director of Academy Capital Corp. (a CPC company) which subsequently merged with Baymount Incorporated. Mr. Bronfman is also a director of Ontario MRI Inc., a privately held Ontario based company that specializes in offering third party diagnostics since 1997. He is also a director of Ottawa Valley MRI Center Inc., a private clinic in Hull, Quebec that offers private MRI services.
James Joseph Leeder, CA
Mr. Leeder currently vice president and chief financial officer of Envoy Capital Group Inc. Mr. Leeder earned a bachelor of commerce degree from Concordia University in 1979 and was granted the designation of chartered accountant from the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1983.
Mr. Pilato is the General Manager and President of The Clorox Company of Canada Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Clorox Company, a Fortune 500 company that manufactures and markets some of the most trusted and recognized consumer products in the world. Mike has diverse Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) cross functional experience across companies of various sizes. He has been with Clorox Canada since 2008 holding senior leadership positions in Finance, Brand Management/Marketing, and Sales, with his most immediate past role leading the Clorox Canada sales organization as VP of Sales. Prior to joining Clorox, Mike held various cross-functional roles at CPG leaders, Playtex Canada and Kraft Canada. He also has spent some time in leadership positions in the – 10 – start-up space. Mike currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Food and Consumer Products Association of Canada (FCPC) and the Canadian Consumer Specialty Products Association of Canada (CCSPA). Mike holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Brock University, and is a CPA, CMA.

He is currently an honorary director of the Toronto East General Hospital Foundation after serving for 6 years as a Director. Previously he has served on the Advisory Board for the Queen’s MBA program and as a director of the Association for Corporate Growth Toronto Chapter, the Hellenic Heritage Foundation and the Toronto Kiwanis Boys and Girls Clubs, where he has since been named an inaugural Honorary Director for his efforts in the organization’s operational restructuring and turnaround.
